Patricia "Pat" Rogers

Patricia “Pat” Jean Rogers, 61, of Eldora, Iowa passed away peacefully on the morning of Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at the Israel House of Mary Greeley Hospital.

Funeral Services for Pat will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, December 6, 2021 at the Liscomb Church of Christ with Pastor Ralph Norman officiating. Public visitation will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at the Creps Abels Funeral Home located at 905 Edgington Ave, Eldora, IA 50627.  Memorial contributions may be directed in Pat’s name to her family, which will be later designated elsewhere. Patricia Jean Rogers was born on August 27, 1960 in Marshalltown, Iowa the daughter of Kent and Betty (Weatherly) Rogers.  She was raised and educated in the Hardin County school district where she graduated from Eldora High School, class of 1979.  Following graduation, Pat went on to obtain her Associate's degree from Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo. Pat was a hardworking woman and dedicated many years to working at Dodgers. She had many passions in life but a few that stood out was shopping, bird watching, scrapbooking, drawing, flowers, and the Christmas season. Her number one passion however was her family.

Left to cherish her memory is her mother: Betty Rogers; sister: Chris (Tracy) Brouwer; nieces and nephews: Shay (Bailey Jones) Brouwer, Ashlea (Justin) Strickler, Colton Brouwer, Austin (Mandi Belle) Brouwer; great-nephews: Hayden, Jaxton and Dawson Strickler as well as her “Pretty Boy” Tyson.

She is preceded in death by her father: Kent Rogers; paternal grandparents: Robert and Mary Rogers and her maternal grandparents: Earl and Lucy Weatherly.
