Evans, 76, of Moorefield, West Virginia, formerly of Eldora, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia, surrounded by her family. A private family graveside service will take place at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted with Abels Funeral and Cremation Services.
