Lowell Lee Trepp, age 84 passed away on October 5, 2023. He was born August 7, 1937 in Fort Dodge, Iowa, son of Alma and Dick Trepp. They moved to Reinbeck in 1941 and has lived there ever since. He went to Reinbeck schools, graduating with the class of 1957. Lowell went into the Army for six months the fall of 1957. He married Ruth Schildroth on August 10, 1958. Started his first job May 1st at Bearing Service Co. in Waterloo, later worked at Zaneta Mills, John Deere, Ribco Inc., and finally at the John Day Company for 41 years as a territory Manager, retiring in 2003. He spent the summers later in Minnesota for ten years at the Lake Home, and the winters in Texas.

Lowell is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann Trepp of 65 years, three sons: Greggory (Janet) Trepp of Reinbeck, Calvin (Sara) Trepp of Greene, IA, Brian (Nicky) Trepp of Sealy, TX, eight grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

A visitation service will be held at The Methodist Church in Reinbeck, IA on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 11:30am to 12:30pm. Memorial service will follow at 1:00pm.
