Janice Lee Peters

Janice Lee Peters 77 of Grundy Center, Passed away on May 23, 2024 peacefully at Grundy County Memorial Hospital. Jan married Dennis Peters on December 27th, 1969. Jan loved spending time with her family, watching her grandkids play sports, babysitting her grandkids, doing puzzles and going for walks to her favorite places in town.
 
Jan is survived by her two sons; William (Breanna) Peters of Aplington, Robert(Mindy) Peters of Gladbrook. Eight grandkids; Michael, Matthew, Henry, Katherine, Brody, Paxton, Evalynn, and Bryce One great grandson; Avery. Proceeded in death by; her Husband Dennis, Mother Katherine, Father William, and Brother Dewey.
 
A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday June 15, 2024 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Abels Funeral Homes and Cremations – Engelkes Chapel in Grundy Center, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to the family.
