Gail Lee Van Lengen

Gail Lee (Diamond) Van Lengen, 71, of Eldora, passed away November 3^rd, 2022, at Eldora Specialty Care in Eldora, Iowa. Following Gail’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be a celebration of life to be held at a future date.

Gail was born on August 14, 1951, in Marshalltown, Iowa, to her parents Ray and Bertha (Aswegen) Diamond.

In her early life she enjoyed ceramics, sewing, and bowling. She also enjoyed watching westerns and had a love for butterflies.

Gail is survived by her daughter Dawn (Adam) Welper, of Waterloo, IA, her brother Tony (Kristine) Diamond and their son TJ, of Elk Grove, IL; 3 grandchildren, Chase Pflughaupt (Karman) of Ankeny, IA, Blake and Selma Welper, both of Waterloo, IA; great-granddaughter Amelia Pflughaupt.
