David Keith Owings, 54, of Eldora, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 in Virginia. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at the Abels Funeral and Cremation Service, Creps-Chapel in Eldora. Burial will follow the visitation at Eastlawn Memory Gardens in Eldora.
