Charlotte Ann Harms

Charlotte Ann (Coordes) Harms, 68, of Shell Rock formerly of Cedar Falls, died Wednesday, November 29, 2023. She was born April 3, 1955, in Ackley, daughter of Delmer and Bernice (Roegner) Coordes.  She graduated from Ackley-Geneva High School in 1973.

She married Daryl Harms on July 21, 1975, at the St. John’s United Church of Christ in Ackley, Iowa.

Charlotte was a cosmetologist for 48 years where she loved talking to anyone and everyone until she retired last year.

She is survived by her father Delmer Coordes of Ackley; her brother Craig Coordes; her sister Christine Zmolek; her husband Daryl Harms of Shell Rock; her son Cody (Brandi) Harms and grandkids Parker and Hadley Harms of Olathe, Kansas.

Services will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Wellsburg, Iowa with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
