Kathryn Boelman, 77, of Grundy Center, Iowa, died of natural causes, March 22, 2005 at the Grundy County Memorial Hospital in Grundy Center.
Kathryn was born on October 24, 1927, in Stout, Iowa, the daughter of John and Katie (Petersen) Bruns. She attended Lear grade school near Stout, Iowa. On November 21, 1949 in Austinville, Iowa she was united in marriage to Elmer Boelman. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, where she and Elmer were custodians for many years.
She is survived by her two sons: Stan and his wife Paula Boelman of Luton, England, and Larry Boelman of Des Moines, Iowa; two half sisters, two half brothers, and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother and Elmer.
