, died from injuries sustained in an auto accident near Steamboat Rock,
Iowa
on Saturday, October 31, 2009.
Mass of Christian burial will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, November 6, 2009 at Creps-Abels Funeral Home in Eldora with Father Jim Miller of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Marshalltown officiating. Visitation will be held on November 5
th
from 5 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
Gilberto’s body will be returned to the place of his birth in Loreto,
Zacatecas
,
Mexico
for burial at a later date.

Gilberto was born April 17, 1976 in Loreto,
Zacatecas

son of Juana Andrade-Cruz.
He was raised and educated in Loreto, Zacatecas and attended the
University
of
Autonoma
in
Mexico
. He moved to
St. Louis
,
Missouri
when he was twenty and worked as an independent roofing and siding contractor.
He was presently working in
Eldora
,
Iowa
repairing storm related damage.
Gilberto is survived by his mother, Juana of Mexico; brother, Luis Armando Andrade Cruz of
St. Louis
,
Missouri
; and a sister, Maria Felix Andrade of
Mexico
.
