Edna Jensen

Edna was born January 13, 1914, the daughter of John and Kate Prehn. She was united in marriage to Ewald Jensen on January 25, 1939. He preceded her in death in 1967. Edna was well known as the waitress at Orries Supper Club. She worked there from the time it opened until it closed. Edna was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Reinbeck.
She is survived by two daughters Ruby Koch and her husband Ron of Reinbeck, Iowa; Beulah Iezek and her husband Tom of Voorhies, Iowa; one son Everett Jensen and his wife Denise of Parkersburg, Iowa; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; one sister Arvella Janssen of Traer; and three sisters-in-law Alma Wilson of Hudson; Josephine Jensen of Voorhies, and Lorna Bieber and her husband Roger of Reinbeck, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one brother Bill Prehn and two sisters Dora Engel and Minnie Toensfeldt.
