Dorothy Pfeiffer

Dorothy Pfeiffer, 73, of  Eldora, Iowa, formerly of York, Pennsylvania,  passed away on April 3 ^rd , 2009 at her daughter’s home of natural causes. No services were held. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.

Dorothy was a remarkable high scoring bowler, enjoyed plastic canvassing, reading, was dedicated to “Days of Our Lives” and was a big John Wayne fan. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her children Sue, David, Deborah (Craig) Wills and Tracie; grandchildren Joseph Ames and Joshua & Jessica Kolsovsky; great –grandchildren Brayden Ames & Dylan Kolsovsky; sisters Betty Stout & Shirley Smith and a brother Charles Eicholtz; also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Florence nee Hoke and Roy Eicholtz; brother Francis Eicholtz and a sister Millie Gross.
